Autonomy AI® currently markets and operates the following product categories:

Velyn Dental: An AI phone assistant that handles calls for dental offices.
BuckHound™: An AI shopping assistant that tracks prices, shows recent history, and alerts shoppers when a saved item hits target.
Customer-specific services: Certain enterprise, pilot, or custom workflow services may be offered under a separate order form, statement of work, or other written agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to create an account or participate in an invite-only or pilot program. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Fees and Payment

Some of our services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing pages or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your payment method.

6. Customer-Specific Terms

Some services may be offered in pilot, early-access, or customer-specific configurations. If a customer requires a data processing addendum, business associate agreement, security exhibit, or other custom terms, those obligations apply only when set out in a separately executed written agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with third-party services such as Twilio, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI service providers, and retailer or affiliate platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through our services are owned by Autonomy AI® or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomy AI® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Autonomy AI® harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings, if available.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the last-updated date when material changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
